MODULAR LIGHT CONTROLLER
MCC DIN 8
PRAL VR’s multi-channel DIN8 MCC controller provides independent constant current control of up to eight LED illuminators in the range of 0.02 to 5A (for voltages in the range of 3-20V DC) with a maximum output power of 100W per channel.
Thanks to the possibility of connecting additional PLD modules to the main MCC module, it is possible to build a controller with up to 8 independently controlled current channels.
Specifications:
- Maximum number of DIN 1 PLD modules connected to the DIN8 MCC: 7
- Maximum Number of Channels:8 independently controlled
- Output power per channel: 100W
- MCC DIN8 Weight: 235 grams
- Weight of PLD DIN1 module:130 gram
- Mounting: DIN Rail
- RoHs Compliance
Timing Parameters:
- Can be set for level, slope triggering
- Minimum time between trigger pulse and power supply response <100ns
- Minimum interval between trigger pulses >20us
- LED lamp activation delay relative to +2us trigger
- LED lamp switch-off delay relative to the trigger +10us
- Maximum trigger frequency in DC mode – 10kHz
- Maximum trigger frequency in STROBE mode – 50kHz
The MCC module DIN 8 includes:
- RTC module – date/time setting
- RS485 module – possibility of connecting and controlling additional DIN 1 PLD modules
- Regulated DC Power Supply Module – 0.02-5A Current, 3-20V Voltage Range
- Measurement module – monitoring of LED lamp voltage, LED lamp temperature current, detection of LED lamp disconnection, module temperature monitoring
- Local trigger – the ability to trigger the module with preset time parameters
- Local output – the ability to set various events after which the status of the module’s output will change (temperature alarm of the LED lamp, power supply, camera trigger, etc.) with preset time parameters
The PLD DIN 1 module includes:
- RS485 module – PLD control capability DIN 1
- Regulated DC Power Supply Module – 0.02-5A Current, 3-20V Voltage Range
- Measurement module – monitoring of LED lamp voltage, LED lamp temperature current, detection of LED lamp disconnection, module temperature monitoring
- Local trigger – the ability to trigger the module with preset time parameters
- Local output – the ability to set various events after which the status of the module’s output will change (temperature alarm of the LED lamp, power supply, camera trigger, etc.) with preset time parameters
